PRODUCTIONS
Our China factory capacity of Pieces dyed is 2 million, Yarn dyed 2.5 million, and Printing 1.5 million meters per month. The yarn we used covered 7’s 10s, 21s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 80s,100/2, 120/2 of cotton as well as blended yarn as L/C, T/C, C/N, and so on. We can follow the customer’s requirement to do different kinds of finishes such as carbon peach, Ice cotton, Wrinkle free, etc.
Solid and Yarn Dyeing
We are dyeing our fabric by continuous, semi-continuous, and discontinuous methods by Thermosol, pad steam, and CPB dyeing machine. We use environment-friendly dyeing stuff and a full set of pollution control systems.
Warping and Sizing
We have three warping lines and one sizing line and the capacity is one million linear meters per month.
Weaving Capacity
We have 100 Air jet looms to meet the requirement for weaving higher-grade quality fabric.
Finishing Area
With an imported finish machine can do different finishes meeting customers’ requirements in hand feel and special function. we can do a silky finish, carbon peach finish, wrinkle-free finish, ice cotton finish, paper touch finish, speed dry finish, anti-ultraviolet finish, etc.
Quality Control & Inspection
We follow the American 4-point system to check and control the fabric quality.
